What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use world-renowned payment solution provider Paypal to process Payment online for secure and easy payment experience. You can directly pay with your Paypal account. Or use your debit or credit cards, including VISA, MARSTERCARDS, AMERICAN EXPRESS etc.

how to pay with credit card?

At the checkout page, after click button "Complete The Order", it would pop to Paypal login section, right under the Log In button, you can see button "Pay with Credit Card or Debit Card", click this one, you can directly pay with your credit card without having a Paypal account.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands and Poland, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping to other countries can be arranged with extra freight cost. Please just contact us on this.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for the selective countries, we offer free shipping for orders over $35. Otherwise it adds $2.99 for standard shipping.

How Long it takes to receive my order?

It usually takes 1-3 days to process the order. And standard shipping time is usually around 7-14 days depending on the destination. And please be noted that the lockdowns in different areas may result in a local delivery delay. If your order is not delivered in 16 days, please just reach out, we will help to check.

Could I track my order?

You can track your order online. After the order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us notifying the tracking number and link. You can also get to our page Track My Order at footer and put in the tracking number you received to follow your order.

Could I change the shipping address?

Before the order is dispatched, you can change the shipping address by sending us your new address to support@himoda.com. But if the order was already dispatched, we can't change the address any more. However, you can still contact us about the issue, we will try our best to help you out.

How often do you launch new products?

We launch new styles each month. It is updated in the New In sub menu. Just keep an eye on this, or subscribe to our newsletter to receive the New Arrival info in time.

If an item was sold out, can i still order it?

It depends. For those that have a strong demand from a group of customers, we would restock. But some styles would be discontinued once ouf of stock. We encrouage you to contact us for such need, so we can notify you once your fav item back in stock.

Do you offer customization for products?

Yes, we do. For some phone cases and Macbook case styles, you can do personalized custom online, and just for one unit. For others, we take custom orders for bulk quantity. For instance, gifts with logo or name, slogan for an event, for a festival. It could be embroidered or printed custom for hats, bags and purses, iPad cases, Airpods cases or smart watch bands etc. Feel free to reach out with your needs, we will do amazing work for you.

Return & Exchange

Could I return or exchange the product I've purchased?

We offer 30 days return / exchange. If you change your mind about the product, you can choose to get a refund or exchange. To qualify for return / exchange, the returned item must be unused and with original package. Also the refund will exclude the shipping cost uncless the return / exchange happens due to faulty quality. Please refer to the " Return & Exchange" page at footer for more details.

How long it takes to get the refund after submit the return form?

After we receive the product you returned, it normally takes 1-3 working days to process your refund. And the refund will be returned to you via the original payment method. For different banks, it may takes different time to process the refund. So please allow some time for the bank's handling.

What do i do if I receive a faulty product?

We value product quality and our customers' experience highly. If you think there is any issue with our product, you are welcome to contact us any time about the details with proof of photos at support@himoda.com or leave us a message on "Contact Us" page at footer, we will help you out soon we receive your information.
