QUESTIONS RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE:

COULD I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT I'VE PURCHASED?

We offer 30 days free return / exchange, starting from the day you sign off the order. So if you change your mind about the product, you can choose to get a refund or exchange.

To qualify for return / exchange, the returned item must be unused and with original package. Please be noted that the refund will exclude the shipping cost.

HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET THE REFUND AFTER SUBMIT THE RETURN FORM?

After we receive the product you returned, it would take us 3 working days to process your refund. And the refund will be returned to you via the original payment method. For different banks, it may take different time to process the refund. So please allow some time for the bank's handling.
