QUESTIONS RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE:
COULD I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT I'VE PURCHASED?
We offer 15 days return / exchange, starting from the day you sign off the parcel. So if you change your mind about the product, you can choose to get a refund or exchange.
To qualify for return / exchange, the returned item must be unused and with original package. Please be noted that you need to pay for the ruturning freight if ruturning is not because of a product quality issue.
We will cover the returnng shipping cost if it is a faulty product. For non-quality-related returning, customer needs to pay for the returning freight.Â
Please be noted that for wholesale and customized items, we only accept return due to product quality issue.Â
HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET THE REFUND AFTER SUBMIT THE RETURN FORM?
After we receive the product you returned, it would take us 1-2 working days to process your refund. And the refund will be returned to you via the original payment method. For different banks, it may take different time to process the refund. So please allow some time for the bank's handling.
